15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Extremely disappointed, we had arranged a viewing and a time today, and we reached outside the property had to come quite a distance, and they refused to pick up any calls didn't have any agents available and after waiting 40 mins and being forwarded to voicemail I had no option but to leave. Avoid these property agents they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about other people's time

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I want to start by saying a heartfelt thank you to the team at Dixons who have been truly magnificent! My main contact throughout was Emily but Amreen was also very actively involved and Amelia involved in the background as well.<br>They managed the sale of my late parents’ property which came with lots of emotional challenges for me but the team were extremely compassionate during this sad time but whilst maintaining their unfailing professionalism. They were constantly managing viewings through calls coming in or by them contacting their client lists. Never did they allow the property to sit quiet, or not viewed. Feedback was prompt, helpful and realistic, no false hopes were given and advice was provided based on their clear depth of knowledge in the estate agency field. I deeply regret not having come on board with Dixons sooner as the property was listed with Glovers estate agents in kings heath for 3 months prior and this was a huge waste of valuable time through poor communication and efforts on their part.<br>I 100% advise anyone to use Dixons Kings heath as you can rest assured, your property is in expert hands with a professional, caring, courteous and good communicative team. Thank you all so so much!!!
13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Extremely poor service from Jacob. Decided upon himself to alter the asking price without our consent. No apology when questioned. Very defensive attitude. Such a shame as the owner was very apologetic on his behalf and showed way more professionalism. Please learn to own your mistakes. Breach of contract so when we asked for an email to be sent to us removing our house sale and any liability when moving on to another agent he made excuses as being to busy to send a simple email. Really disappointing service and more concerning his attitude. Two days on and we are still waiting on the email!

The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. From start to finish, our chain was an absolute nightmare, with one issue after another, but Korron completely adopted us as her clients and fought tirelessly to get every sale over the line.<br><br>She went above and beyond every single day, keeping everyone informed, chasing things up, solving problems, and making what felt impossible happen. Her dedication, professionalism and determination are second to none.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly good at her job, but she’s also warm, friendly, supportive and genuinely cares. She made one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through so much more manageable.<br><br>Korron is an absolute credit to Dixons. She’s like Superwoman and deserves a massive pay rise! She is an absolute legend, and we genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you’re lucky enough to have Korron looking after your sale or purchase, you’re in the very best hands.
10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)About time I left a review after being with Northwood for 3 years!...and I'm leaving this review as a Landlord that has rental properties with them.<br><br>I've previously been with 3 of the 'big boys'...Shipways, Dixons and John Shepherd. The difference between them and Northwood is ridiculous. Yes, you will probably pay a lower Management fee with the big boys, but with them you DO NOT get the attention to detail, the personal attention, the speed of response, the reasonable contractor fees, the one point of contact etc etc. The list is endless. I used to tear my hair out with Dixons!<br><br>Not only that but with Northwood you don't get all the add on fees that Dixon's etc charge. It's most definitely worth paying them a slightly higher %.<br><br>In addition, I hardly get any contentious situations or complaints from tenants, so that means they're happy as well.<br><br>I would URGE anyone who's with the massive decentralised, non-personal Letting Agencies to try a smaller one...like Northwood.

My rental application was not a straight forward one, and the overall application was unorthodox from my end.<br>Wards worked with me to help me to get my referencing checks sorted, even speaking to them on my behalf.<br>They then also spoke to the landlord directly and I get the keys to the property later this month.<br>All staff have been polite and more than willing to answer any questions.<br>A special shoutout to Caroline who has gone above and beyond to show me the property, answer any questions and deal with any queries or hold ups on my behalf to make this process a smooth and as stress free as possible.<br>The best letting agents I’ve dealt with and I would definitely recommend them ??????
