6th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.
30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The service and support that we received from Graham and Andrew was smooth and detailed throughout. Their personal, people-centred approach put us at ease and we felt confident that they would do the same for the buyers. Their knowledge of the local market is matched with national coverage via the online selling platforms. We live outside of the UK and they helped with factors that arise in this situation. We sold our house at above the price quoted by other estate agents whilst paying a commission significantly below what their competitors were asking for. All round, a fine experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We invited them back to value our home alongside other local agents, and they were the clear choice.<br><br>Stuart was experienced, honest, friendly and personable from the outset. Erin was our main point of contact throughout the sale and she was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach, kept us updated after every viewing, communicated brilliantly with our buyers, and genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Both Stuart and Erin are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br><br>The only slight downside was the recommended Countrywide conveyancers, but Erin regularly stepped in to chase updates and keep everything on track.<br><br>Freeman Foreman have now helped us both buy and sell the same home, seven years apart, and they've been consistently honest, supportive and professional throughout. From the initial meeting with Rennick who found two perfect buyers a few days after our initial meeting to the rest of the team including Nancy and Sam who were always super efficient, professional and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Shout out to Alex who was truly exceptional in smoothing things out during the gnarly conveyancing bits that all house sales experience and putting my mind at rest! Highly recommend this company.

It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. Everything was smooth and thought through and the welcome gift when we picked up our keys was such a kind touch. Thank you Alex and the team!!
