Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.

If I could leave him an extra star I would! He went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced when buying previously. He supported and guided us throughout the whole process and was always on hand to chat through any challenges during the legal process. He was professional, knowledgeable and an all round good guy! He’s clearly passionate about what he does and is brilliant at his job. Thank you so much for all you did to get us into our dream home!

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Quite simply brilliant! Fantastic all round service on selling our house. I’ve bought and sold quite a few properties and always dread the ‘vetting’ stage, where the usual process is to be given a load of corporate ’babble’ followed by vastly over inflated valuation with the aim of securing your business. Refreshingly none of this happened when Tom came to visit. He gave a an honest appraisal of the house and current market conditions and suggested some innovative marketing strategies which differentiated knight and Knoxley from other agents. Initially I was fearing that the not being tied into any time based contract was some sort of ‘estate agent Jedi mind trick’, far from it…..it was true and again differentiated them from the competition. Following instruction, they more or less immediately secured an above asking price offer and then, Nat followed through with the sale. He brilliantly dealt with the inevitable ‘bumps’ along the way, providing sound guidance leading to the completion of the sale allowing our family to move on with the next chapter of our lives. I will be ever grateful to Tom and Nat for all their assistance and just generally being decent blokes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The admin staff who greet you at the front desk, Laoisa and Ruth, are friendly and professional, and if I ever had a query they usually answered my email within 30 mins. Its easy to get through on the phone, and the staff all know where everyone is - and they always ring you back. I think the photographer they use is superb - I've used other agents, and this guy is great. Wish I could give him a name check! James came and valued my flat, Rob conducted the sale and I felt entirely confident that they would get me the best result. The solicitors they recommended were extremely responsive and professional, and all in all, it was a simple and straightforward process. High Five, all at Lextons, and thank you.

Our sale and purchase in Hove was straightforward, well-planned and Heb was always available and always brilliant to deal with. Responsive, intelligent, quick, knowledgeable, flexible and also a really nice chap! Our flat sale and purchase were mid-high-ish market, so they definitely had bigger commissions to chase than ours, but Heb made us feel like their only customer all the way, and that alone is worth gold when you're looking for an estate agent. The team on Blatchington Road are endlessly friendly, and they work so hard. I am thrilled to leave their 200th review on here, with five glowing stars.
