13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I recently bought a property in Wick Hall. That process took us 6 months. From initial research before going on the market, of many different blocks and flats in our targeted area, to actually moving in last week. Wick Hall was not included in my thoughts but I saw two flats for sale there on Right Move in April. Intrigued I called the agent Phillips and Still to ask about why two flats in the same block were so different on price. My call was answered by Alice King who offered to show me both even though we weren't yet on the market. That kindness and underlying professionalism from the first meet, built up a complete trust in Alice. We weren't ready to go then. Alice then contacted me when another property came up. We had a viewing and the flat stayed in our minds a a potential. After further thought we contacted Alice again and told her that we'd be putting an offer in subject to selling our house. Which by being on a very popular family residential area and in excellent condition sold quickly. Alice helped us with additional viewings, and also during negotiating the sale. Alice was a constant support and positive always. She is also an expert on Wick Hall so fully able to answer all the questions. She also helped us on moving day with the caretaker. We cannot thank both Alice and Phillips and Still enough for our experience, during the process. Fully reccomended this Estate agent.

They understood the emotional journey and were extremely understanding, patient and supportive with the difficulties I had in the purchase of my new home.<br><br>When Joe came to evaluate my house at the start of the process I got a no nonsense, honest appraisal of the market and realistic valuation and how far it could be pushed - I could trust him. In the end it exceeded expectations.<br><br>The photography was outstanding and showed my home at it's best.<br><br>Communication throughout the journey was frequent and easy<br><br>Joe & Kate know the area very well and how best to attract the best purchasers not entertaining time wasters and focusing on purchasers who are in a position to proceed to ensure the sale has the best chance to complete.<br><br>I would highly recommend Wheelers

15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m currently mid sale with Fox and Sons, Lewes Road, having had zero viewing with a previous agent. The change was seamless and viewings were instant, initially led by Aaron who is amazing. An unexpected, sizeable hiccup happened last week Friday - and my buyer dropped out. Shayla was fantastic. She communicated immediately, took initiative and contacted previously interested parties. My property was ‘re-sold’ within 3 calendar days: by midday Monday. What could have been a significant loss, both in terms of time, energy and financially, has turned into a success. I cannot fault Shayla for her communication and support; I would recommend (and have!) her and the agents to anyone who asks. Thank you especially to Shayla and Aaron!

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Quite simply brilliant! Fantastic all round service on selling our house. I’ve bought and sold quite a few properties and always dread the ‘vetting’ stage, where the usual process is to be given a load of corporate ’babble’ followed by vastly over inflated valuation with the aim of securing your business. Refreshingly none of this happened when Tom came to visit. He gave a an honest appraisal of the house and current market conditions and suggested some innovative marketing strategies which differentiated knight and Knoxley from other agents. Initially I was fearing that the not being tied into any time based contract was some sort of ‘estate agent Jedi mind trick’, far from it…..it was true and again differentiated them from the competition. Following instruction, they more or less immediately secured an above asking price offer and then, Nat followed through with the sale. He brilliantly dealt with the inevitable ‘bumps’ along the way, providing sound guidance leading to the completion of the sale allowing our family to move on with the next chapter of our lives. I will be ever grateful to Tom and Nat for all their assistance and just generally being decent blokes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I was looking to buy my first home after using some of the estate agents in the Brighton and Hove area and not having any luck with the properties, they recommend us (Either being over our budget or not what we specified)<br><br>I was recommend Tailor James by a friend.<br><br>When we met Jimmy the director of Tailor James, for the first time. He was friendly and understanding about what I wanted in my first home.<br><br>He answered all my questions on our initial meeting and throughout the process.<br><br>As I was a first time buyer, I was not sure on the processes of getting a mortgage advisor, solicitors and surveyors.<br><br>Tailor James recommended us a mortgage advisor, solicitors and Surveyors, and guided us again throughout these processes.<br><br>If you want personal and bespoke service when buying your home. I could not recommend Jimmy and Tailor James more.<br><br>His attentive nature and passion, made buying my first home less stressful.
