He has an excellent understanding of the market from both the seller’s and buyer’s perspective, which makes a real difference.<br>Communication throughout the process is always clear and consistent, and Chris is very good at keeping things moving. 7th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

Right from the first viewing it felt like a very different experience and throughout the process, we were in contact with Richard who helped keep things moving at a good pace. Communication all felt very transparent and we always felt like we knew where we were at and ultimately in good hands. They would be our first choice to contact if we were ever to sell.
