Ben was always quick to respond to any questions we had and consistently went above and beyond to support us throughout the process. His excellent customer service and proactive communication made what can be a stressful experience feel much smoother and more manageable. He played a huge role in helping us get our offer sorted and accepted, keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. 11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Jana at Let it was a delight to view the properties with at time that perhaps wasn't favourable for the team. I had viewed a property with her before, so i knew what to expect. She was thorough in explaining the different features of each properties and showed very kind consideration when a tenant was still in. No crafty sales pitch, but a refreshing honesty and consideration for my specific needs. I would highly recommend viewing properties with her and should i need to again, i will not hesitate to get in touch
31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

From the beginning the team were friendly, knowledgable and genuinely committed to helping every step of the way. Their local expertise and years of experience were evident throughout the process. They always kept me informed and gave honest advice. Nothing was too much trouble and this all made the selling of our property less stressful. The team at Lucas provided a personal, professional service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!

Tracey was brilliant every step of the way and kept the ball rolling throughout, as was Amrit who sorted out mortgage and insurance for us. Highly recommended!
