28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Agent decided to stop booking in viewings even though we weren’t happy with the offer received, and lied about it. Fees are astronomical, service mediocre. Would never use or recommend Dawson’s and I have heard many similar stories.

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The sale was made in very difficult circumstances due to the state of the economy. Obviously it took longer than we hoped but eventually we got the sale over the line. Full marks to Tom Edmunds for staying with us all the way. He was always very professional and his hard work made it happen. Top man.
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.
15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)We initialy delt with Amanda who was very helpful and sent us details of houses we might be interested in. We arranged to view some properties and met with Michelle. We were extremely happy with our viewing and can only thank Michelle for her knowledge, proffessionalism and politeness. 23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)As a first time buyer, the whole process can be daunting at times, but No. 86 were fantastic from viewing to completion.<br>I viewed several properties with different estate agents but the best by far was No. 86. They were friendly, honest, professional, punctual and knowledgeable about every house in their portfolio. Communication was brilliant, and I'm glad the home I found was listed with them because I'm not sure I would have had the same service from other well-known estate agents. A really wonderful team who have all the property expertise, but also genuinely care about their clients.

They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

16th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Andy & Nicola have been excellent from the 1st contact. I should have signed up with them from the start, as we had a wasted year with another agent who were useless. Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

Highly recommended

It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with an estate agency that is organised, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. A big thank you to Brian and Mellissa, who have been fantastic throughout! responsive, efficient, and always clear in their communication. Molly has also been great to deal with, and it’s obvious there’s a strong team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. The difference in service compared to my previous agent has been night and day. Everything has been handled promptly and properly, without the confusion and lack of clarity I experienced before. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Peter Alan to any landlord looking for a professional and reliable agency.
