1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.

11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend buying/selling with Dawsons and to be honest I wouldn't use anybody else. The staff especially Olivia are absolutely first class so helpful and kept me updated from the very start! By going with a reputable agent it takes the pressure off a bit as selling/buying can be very stressful but with Dawsons you know that you are having a great agent! Highly recommend!!!

27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We used SA property as Ben was straight talking, to the point, and personable. Our house was put up and we had accepted an offer within a week. Communication was great from both Ben and Sophia and we couldn't have asked for more from them!

I also have few properties with a national company and there is no comparison in the level of service that White and Jones provide. All the staff go above and beyond to help and all services/ maintenance are dealt with by local people in a local office. Your call is always answered and your email responded too. Keep up the good work!

Her professional approach and dedication to her job shines through. Katie builds trust from the minute you meet her and there is no one else I’d sell a house with ??????
