17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)There seemed to be just Wednesdays and Saturdays for viewings. The agent did have a key so access wasn’t an issue. There also seemed to be some viewings done 10 days plus in advance. One or two I could have understood if someone was relocating but then cancellations would come in. There wasn’t any social media presence regarding my property dispute me being told there would be either. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and made a potentially stressful process surprisingly easy. All costs were clearly set out upfront, and every effort was made to progress the sale to conclusion as quickly as possible, The team kept me fully informed at all times, and the information and advice provided was timely and reliable. I can strongly recommend using this particular estate agent.

Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. Their communication was excellent they kept me fully in the loop with regular updates and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so I always knew exactly where things stood. They were genuinely proactive, anticipating issues and keeping everything moving smoothly without me having to chase.<br>What impressed me just as much is how well they look after my rental portfolio. As a landlord, I really value the care they show both me and my tenants. They handle everything professionally and thoughtfully, which gives me complete peace of mind.<br>If you’re selling a property in Halifax or need a reliable team to manage your rentals, Redwoods are the ones to go to. Matt listed the property promptly and kept us updated with viewings and feedback. Once we sold he was emailing Solicitors on both sides for updates and always kept us in the loop. Matt was friendly but remained professional throughout and never made us feel unfortable or silly for asking questions. We would 100% recommend using Dawson Estates to anyone who's looking to list a property. Thank you so much to everyone involved for making the process as easy as possible. We would definitely look to use in future should we ever move again.

On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.- 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)From the first conversation, Claire was friendly, empathetic and completely solution orientated, and her communication was spot on throughout. Whenever she said she would get back to us, she did, and on the rare occasion she could not, she let us know straight away rather than leaving us wondering.<br><br>Her valuation held up, and the house sold within four days of going live. When a small issue arose with the buyer later in the process, Claire handled it calmly and kept everything moving, and the whole sale felt smooth from listing to completion.<br><br>What sets Claire apart is that it never feels like dealing with a big agency. It is a genuine one to one relationship, a personal service where she knows your house, knows the market, and treats your sale as if it were her own. Her assistant Hannah was equally friendly and helpful.<br><br>My wife and I would highly recommend Claire to anybody thinking of selling or buying, and should we ever be on the market again, she would be the very first person we contact. A consummate professional.

Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
