1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We lived at a property managed by 1st Choice Estates for 2 years. From the start they were helpful and managed to find a good place at a relatively affordable price. Ade and Dominic in particular were responsive and respectful throughout our whole tenancy, and helped us with external reference requests with a very fast turnaround. Would recommend for those in the Brixton/Stockwell area.

Their marketing led to high level of interest with a very rapid positive conclusion. This is simply the best estate agents that I have dealt with and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
