A LOT of work behind the scenes... Exchange, Completion. Done!!! I can not thank you enough Tom, Ben, Becky, Sian! You and your team made this happen, Happy vendor and happy buyer. Thanking you so much for the amazing work you did in selling my flat!!!! Amazing!!!! 22nd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Terrible experience with Olav and Edwards Estate Agents and I would discourage from using their services. I had a viewing of a property with Olav and put an offer for the asking price on 11/11/24. After 3 days waiting, contacted Olav again, who mentioned that landlady was busy due to her work and he asked to put in an email the issues I identified and requesting as part of the offer (minor decoration issues, change broken sink, property deep clean and removing the mattress and we would take our own). Just after 7 minutes, Olav replied "Just heard back from the Landlord that she cannot move the bed". Nothing regarding the offer or any of the other issues mentioned. Following week, after not hearing anything from Olav, I contacted him again to know if there was any update. He got very distressed with me calling again and at the end of the conversation he said, literally, "do not contact me again until I heard back from the landlady". Up to today I have not heard back from Olav to apologize or give any update.

Aston in particular went above and beyond, he was professional and friendly right from the start and through the whole process, he always kept me informed and was responsive to all my questions, and the good communication made it stress free. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in London!
30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We’ve been searching for a new place to rent for a while, and remained undecided on whether to commit to the places we had viewed previously. However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

A great tenant was found straight away and the advice and support I have received throughout the process has been reassuring and taken the stress away. As a remote landlord I have every confidence in the team at GW to manage my affairs hassle free!

17th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.
13th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!
16th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. I submitted the required documents for a business property enquiry, but the process involved slow communication and repeated delays. After several months, there was still no outcome. It was a frustrating experience and a considerable waste of time.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I just wanted to share a horrendous experience with Foxton’s of London bridge regarding my sons move<br>We were moving house to Canada water today and paid the fees at the estate agents and the removals van was waiting for the key to be delivered<br>The key was supposed to be delivered there by 2pm. Now this has incurred substantial charges from the removal company for waiting and them dumping the contents outside because there was no key<br>The van they send the key had to pay money to cross the tunnel in London and they delayed the transit to save money<br>I don’t know why they did this but it has resulted now in us still waiting for the key after 2 hrs<br>This is unacceptable from tue estate agents<br>They should have had keys ready when the rent was paid<br>We can’t even get hold of the lady at Foxton’s anymore<br>Not sure what kind of customer service this is ?? I hope to hear from them regarding this asap for compensation of the extra charges we are incurring
