22nd Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

We appreciated how quickly they acted when we were interested in a property and they have continued to help manage the property suitably. Kunle is friendly and capable, we are very happy to work with him. We would highly recommend them for other tenants interested in renting.

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

Finding and renting a place in London can be a really gruelling experience with agents who don't really care that much, but Ellie was fantastic. Really great communication throughout the whole process, made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to adapt to changes in our schedules etc. Thank you so much!

15th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Due to their poor communication, it looks like almost 10 months to get from offer accepted to completion in a chain free sale.- 22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely horrible, would not even refer them to an animal. After waiting nearly four months for an accept or decline decision on my offer no contact from Raj. He contacted me 4 times during this period and that was only in the month of February. Incredibly unprofessional and such a poor customer service.
10th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)I found my current flat with Harmens on Zoopla. Everything was too good to be true. I wanted to check the reviews, but the reviews were 1-star or so. I met them in person; they were nice and I wanted to trust them. Finally, I signed the contract. They are actually really really good. If you like one of their flats, I'd say, go for it.

He was always very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Particularly in those crucial weeks leading up to exchange to get the last enquires closed we could rely on him to get the answers we needed. We are very grateful to Lee and Stirling Ackroyd for helping us through the process.

3rd Sep 2014 (11 years ago)I will NEVER use this estate agency again to search for a property.We secured the property with the manager called Dawn by paying £450.00.She sent us our referencing documents which we were in the process of filling in.She also sent an email confirming we have the property subject to referencing.I therefore handed in my notice at my other property and found out a week later she had taken another group as they offered more money!!What is the point in a securing deposit when it is not used to secure the property.When I called the manager to discuss the situation she would not give me a chance to speak and spoke to me in a very agressive manner.Use another agency!

She took the stress out of it and wasn’t pushy like other agents I have experienced. I also had excellent help from Jodie at Foxtons as part of my search. A great service all round. Would highly recommend.

He was professional, polite, sensitive and efficient. He helped to expedite things in good time. It ended up being a challenging transaction (for reasons beyond their control) and they did a great job of following up issues and pushing for the sale to complete in a timely manner. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people.
