Unlike some estate agents they have kept me fully informed throughout and have liaised proactively with my solicitors so that I had virtually no 'chasing up' to do. Their knowledge of the sale and rental market in Medway is vast as they also manage rental properties. The team is always friendly and never too busy to return calls promptly or follow up some of my (sometimes) anxious questions. I have used other Medway estate agents and the service from RedDoor has been the best.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Little activity for many months, then a flurry. Valuation too high in retrospect. Communication improved after initial period. Moved agent after lack of activity.
16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Saddlers are what all estate agents should be. Very organised and professional yet with the personal touch. Most of all they go the extra mile. They put in the hours and we always felt that they really wanted to help us achieve the best price for our home. Highly recommend.

I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.

Dee’s understanding of the property market through her considerable and invaluable years of experience meant that she knew exactly how to advertise the property to attract the perfect buyer for the house. I felt complete confidence in Dee’s approach and we completed on the sale within 9 weeks of receiving an offer for the full asking price. Not only did Dee keep me fully informed about what to expect throughout the entire process, she also went above and beyond in terms of the practical and emotional support that often goes when leaving your home. Quite simply, I could not have managed without Dee and for anyone looking for a more personal approach to selling their home, Dee is nothing short of exceptional and I cannot recommend her more highly.

We had viewings within 48 hours of the property going on the market and offers within the price ranged recommended by the agent, taking our thoughts on value into consideration, on the same day as the viewings. He has kept in touch with us through out the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
