Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.
