From the moment I contacted them, the team were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the Cardiff property market. They made selling our home feel smooth and reassuring keeping us informed at every step, arranging valuations and viewings promptly, and always being approachable for questions. Their personal, attentive service really stood out, and I felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. The staff, especially Caroline, Brad and Suzanne, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran well, which I truly appreciated. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and made all costs clear right from the beginning, which I really appreciated. My property was off the market within two weeks of our first meeting, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise. Throughout the process, they were always available whenever I needed them, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A perfect balance of friendly and professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Any issues I had were handled promptly and with care, and communication was always clear and reliable. They made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring, with excellent support from start to finish. I especially appreciated how they kept me updated and were always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Squarefoot to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a property truly a 5?star service!

If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

He was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout our conversation. We talked through everything related to my house, and he explained things clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and gave me exactly the guidance I needed. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful he was he made the whole process much easier to understand. Would definitely recommend and reach out again if I need more help!
