John was the winner of four estate agents. He was down to earth, friendly, informative, professional and so very supportive through the whole process. Then we met Evie who not only successfully supported us through our sale, she also spent time trying to help find a flat for my son! Evie has shared my laughter and my tears during our sale and I am so very grateful for her friendly, empathetic conversations on the phone. 8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

Everything has gone smoothly and I was kept up to date frequently with the steps happening and what I needed to do next. As a first time buyer this was essential because I had no idea what to do! There was a delay at the start receiving the memorandum of sale due to an admin issue but these things happen. Overall very happy with the service provided to us. Would definitely use again in the future.
