However, after raising our concerns, I have to say that we felt genuinely listened to, and the situation was handled really well.<br><br>Hannah was fantastic throughout the process. Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords
