Very proactive and informative throughout the process, made more challenging for him as I live in Australia and everything was dealt with on a ‘full arms length’ basis ! I would highly recommend both the services of Hamptons Real Estate and Robert in particular.

This is the third transaction I’ve completed with them, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From the outset, their advice on the selling price was spot on, which gave me real confidence in the process. Despite a challenging market, they generated a strong level of interest and kept me well informed throughout with clear weekly reports. Most importantly, a buyer was secured relatively quickly, and from that point on the sale was handled efficiently and professionally right through to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish, Tom was absolutely exceptional. He and his team were incredibly proactive and worked extremely hard to secure excellent tenants for our property, keeping us updated every step of the way. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond what we would normally expect from a letting agent — nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. His professionalism, knowledge of the London rental market, and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us gave us complete confidence that we were in very good hands. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, excellent communication, and such a positive attitude so effortlessly. 15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

There was less than one hour between Rebecca responding to my inquiry and my viewing with Tiffany was less! I was extremely pleased with their fast replies and professionalism, I definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a move.
15th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!
11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Van driver WN75 HWK. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience.
