As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Mini was incredibly supportive from day one. She took the time to explain every step clearly, always responded promptly, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Abatoria Estate Agents — especially Mini — to anyone, and particularly to first-time buyers looking for guidance and support.

Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

26th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I agreed to a purchase for a property in Edmonton (28 Folkestone Road, N18) in November 2025. A sale memorandum was issued, a survey was arranged, my mortgage was approved, and my solicitor completed all documentation and searches. Unfortunately, the transaction has not progressed for several months due to a lack of response from the vendor and the vendor’s solicitor. Despite making multiple phone calls and visiting the Edmonton office in person, there has been very limited follow-up and no meaningful progress. The branch manager, Mark, appears to be managing the office alone and is handling a very high volume of calls, which may be contributing to delays. This seems to be a broader resourcing issue rather than an individual one. As a result, I have incurred costs for surveys, legal searches, and other fees, while my solicitor and mortgage adviser have been unable to obtain updates. The lack of communication has been stressful and has left the transaction unresolved for an extended period. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. I hope the company reviews staffing and communication processes at this branch so that clients in similar situations receive clearer updates and more consistent support.

They’re always professional, friendly, and very prompt when it comes to addressing any issues. Everything is handled quickly and efficiently, which makes renting stress free. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide and would highly recommend them.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.

I contacted Robert in the beginning and he arrange avery thing ready for me fast and safe,than mostly i have been contacted with Elona who has looked after anything about my renting place regarding paperwork ,keys ,contacting with landlord ect. I am very happy with them, and i always recommend my friends that needs that kind of service and i will always do.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Although my early encounters with City Move Estate and their staff were polite and pleasant, they ended up evicting me from my apartment without issuing the appropriate documents at the beginning of my tenancy. In addition, the hot showers in my apartment were unreliable for over a year despite multiple requests to get them fixed- when, after more than a year had passed, the shower was finally fixed up, the eviction notice came soon after. After the improper eviction they then charged me an extortionate cleaning fee. Would not recommend.
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We had a fantastic experience buying our home, and a huge part of that was down to Abidul. From day one it was obvious how seriously he takes his work — professional, always on top of the details, and genuinely passionate about his job. He was the lynchpin in ensuring the process ran smoothly and acted as an amazing bridge between us and the buyers. I could (and did) pick up the phone to him and he would be able to offer clear guidance and practical solutions efficiently and effectively. It was pleasure from start to finish. Jill Parry was also absolutely excellent and really came through in unlocking the transaction. The whole team around Abidul and Jill were also very impressive and kept everything moving seamlessly. Thank you so much.

Also I gotta thank the contractor— a very sweet and great guy! And to the office team, they’ve always been quick and willing to help whenever there was an issue with the flat. Strongly recommend!!

He acted as the agent when our daughters purchased their first flats and was helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Gary consistently chased both parties to keep everything moving smoothly and well managed. His communication and dedication really stood out, and we felt well supported from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone buying in the area.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they understood that the vendor is their client. The post-sale agreed service was outstanding. Their dedicated team liaised proactively with the buyer, solicitors, and surveyors. This was an element of the process we had perhaps underestimated. Having that support made the final stages far smoother than they might otherwise have been. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country Chiswick/Ealing.

4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

What I particularly appreciated was that they’re not overly aggressive in their approach - there’s no pressure or unnecessary stress, which you sometimes experience with other agencies. Communication was clear and consistent and they were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They were supportive rather than pushy.

The advice they gave was very honest and direct which I found very refreshing compared to previous experiences with other agents. I would highly recommend Loporto Browne!
