Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.
12th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .

- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

21st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
