3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I visited a property this evening listed as “A SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM FIRST FLOOR SPLIT LEVEL FLAT“, no photos, no floor-plan. I asked for photos and was told “the photographer is on holiday” despite this being an older listing, reduced in price a week ago. When I arrived I was shown to ground level studio, little more than a bed in a kitchenette. I took some photos for them, let’s see if they add to their listing now they have some.
21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Oliver Jacques did a fantastic service selling my flat in Bow Quarter. For work I was based far from London and they went above and beyond to enable me to sell the flat - sorting out various issues that came up without me having to travel back. I started with another agent who was not able to get nearly as many viewings, so I switched to Oliver Jacques. They were on the ball and James was arranging viewings and always willing to help. When there was a delay related to the Lease, Rosalie problem solved and pushed things forward, finding solutions and working with us to get the sale over the line. Thanks to all at OJ.
29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jay and Mehmet In the Actor lettings department were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above the call of duty due to my having fractured my ankle. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends locally.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Tate - a great service - David Harbottle was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.
11th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I thought I hated living in London. Turns out I just hated living in a property managed by Winkworths. Would not recommend renting a property managed by this team. A year and a half of disrepair, ignored emails, unpaid reimbursements and gaslighting was a waking nightmare. They may have just been following orders from an unethical landlord... But they did follow those orders. Lots of anecdotes here but the most representative: I called to report a leak and black mould infestation behind the paint in my daughter's room. They noticed that the mould was only revealed because I'd attempted to attach a picture frame to the wall. They didn't do any mould remediation but they did threaten us that hanging anything on a wall broke the terms of the lease. Happy ending to the story, though. The kid's persistent cough cleared up immediately after we moved.- 7th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)A really good team who made me feel at home. I went out of the way to make sure I was happy with everything couldn’t have chosen nicer people to deal with.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently bought a flat through HSC. The agent was very helpful and always responded promptly to our queries. I never got to speak to the seller myself, but I felt that communication via the agent was sufficient and generally reliable.
15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)They are extremely rude and unprofessional people. Do not expect any good from them. They literally hang up a phone call without any explanation or apology. They talk to people like they are shit.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. Great experience and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Murray to handle any future sale. Thank you, Murray.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.
