We decided to go in a different directions to Andrew’s when selling out flat back in January. Since then Brian has been in touch every 2-4 weeks in a polite and respectful manner. He has never pushed us to change to Andrew’s or put any pressure on us to do so. But more just seemed to genuinely care and check in.<br><br>We eventually accepted an offer via another estate agents on our property and even on notifying Brian of this he seemed genuinely pleased and excited for us.<br><br>The communication, personability , and engagement has been excellent from Brian, and this is with someone who wasn’t even using their service.

Although a difficult and bespoke conveyancing situation with occupier age restrictions and the involvement of managing agents in the chain of the two leasehold properties the sale went through after a lot of hard work.<br>The flat was originally purchased through Andrews Tunbridge Wells and because they had dealt with many property sales at this particular development I chose to go back to them for their experience in properties of this type.<br>Tom and Jay both worked very hard with myself in communicating and the support process of completing all of the issues along the way to exchange and finally the completion on December 18th.<br>It was a long haul and thank you both for your efforts and to the rest of the staff in the Tunbridge Wells Office.

Simply awful! Communication, pro-activity and engagement was the worst I've ever experienced by far. Constantly routed to voicemail when trying to get in touch and calls frequently not returned. On raising this as a complaint, since I was concerned that this would be the would-be buyer experience also, I was told that if potential buyers were really interested they would persist and keep calling until they got through! At that point, I gave up and really felt that for whatever reason they had zero interest in selling my property at all.
