2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Always a pleasure to have Liberty coming round to conduct the annual inspections of the house we rent. It’s lovely to speak to her when I am home and my cat is a big fan of her which says a lot about her character because my boy is not a lover of people usually! I leave cat treats out for Liberty to give to him when I’m not there and she always makes a fuss of him which is really nice and means a lot :)
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Disgusting the way they treat tenants. I’ve lived in 5 different house shares with numerous company’s this is by far the worse. The property was advertised as a young professionals house yet they move in tenants 35+ who are uber eats drivers with limited English. I’m not sure how the constitutes “young” and “ professional”. Since living here I’ve had problems with stealing from food to toiletries. Leaders response was “ well there should be numbers on fridge drawers” there is 3 drawers for 4 tenants and it’s common sense not to eat food you didn’t buy. We’ve had police out to the property twice. First time was the older man upstairs getting arrested for harassing women in his workplace. Nothing done by leaders, he remained in the property for months living with women. Completely unsafe. The second time police called to the property was due to leaders moving someone in without telling us. This led to us calling 111 as we thought it was a burglar. Leaders response was that they don’t need to tell us if someone moves in. AVOID at all costs. Entirely unsafe for women.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I’ve been using this agency for around 18 years, both for letting and selling properties, and have always received a great service.<br><br>I’ve mainly used their tenant-finding service, and the fact I’ve had relatively little contact with them over the years says it all – the tenants they’ve found for me have almost always stayed for years!<br><br>They’ve also successfully sold 3 or 4 properties for me over the years, so I’ve experienced both sides of the business.<br><br>Most recently, Jon has been fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful and efficient throughout.

Olivia was warm, friendly and honest about my property and explained the process and costs for me to understand. Katie then took over handling the questions and liaising with myself and the buyer always very prompt to respond. The office gives a welcoming, friendly, respectful vibe. A shout out to Danielle from countrywide mortgages who has been superb with helping me and my ongoing purchase.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Landlords avoid this company. They are shambolic, a lack of transparent process and the left hand unable or unwilling to tell the right hand what’s happening. The type of company in our experience that give private landlords a bad name and make our job tougher than it already is in the current climate. She has been incredibly helpful with any questions I have had, and has helped make the process fast and efficient as well as being friendly and kind. Thank you so much Laura!<br><br>Edit: The property manager Oliver has been very kind and helpful with recent repairs that needed carrying out on the property. Although we had some miscommunications at first, this was sorted and Oliver has been very responsive to property repairs that I have logged, often responding before 24 hours! Thank you for your help Oliver ??????

Townbridge what a team.<br><br>Indulge me but Imagine sitting in your living room with your house freshly renovated, and your other half finds a 120 year old house on RightMove she fancies.<br><br>Not even on the market we viewed the property during its first open day. With lots of interest during the day we didn’t think we stood a chance. Most of the others interested were on the market already.<br><br>A long shot but we called Ian from Townbridge and explained our situation, he was up for the challenge! The Townbridge team created the perfect write up, complete with an awesome photo shoot and we were on the market. Several viewings, followed by an offer and we’d done it, we’d beaten the rest.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the whole team were welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt well looked after and kept informed, (April must have been fed up with my calls but she was cracking!) The whole purchase went very smoothly, and that was largely thanks to the support we received. Thank you to everyone involved for making selling and buying our home such a positive experience!- 24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Darcy and Harry have been excellent with their support and advice prior to putting our house on the market. Darcy valued our house at the value that we expected it to be and we agreed to listing this with Hinchliffe. The team worked fast to put the house on the market, with fantastic photos and in less than a week, Harry had the house sold. Couldn’t be happier, just waiting for the whole process to complete for all parties. We are buying through Hinchliffe too, so it’s a nice and simple process for everyone.

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.
