They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

Communication was clear throughout, and the appointment was handled in a polite and respectful manner. Overall, a very positive and pleasant experience.

From the start, she were polite, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions about the property. Chiara handled everything with total professionalism and made the renting process stress-free. Highly recommended!

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

She gave me all the information I needed in a way I could understand and went through all options.<br>She then liased closely with the Lender to ensure a speedy outcome. From start to finish it all took less than 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend

And, the real star of the whole process was Carolyn. She kept us updated every step of the way, chased and pushed all parties to ensure everything moved smoothly, and was always available to patiently answer my many questions.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Town & Country made the experience feel much smoother and more manageable. 22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Very slow at sorting out issues with pigeons nesting in the roof in our rental accomodation. There was pigeon poo everywhere in the garden and dead baby pigeons at times so the garden was unuseable. Also, the handles on all the cupboards were broken and they weren't replaced so we had to do it ourselves. However, when neighbours complained about our garden overgrowing they immediately forced an inspection to check the grass. The carbon monoxide detectors were out of date and then fixed only when we raised the issue. When we went to hand in our documents at the main office, it was pouring with rain and the woman wouldn't open the door and made us post the documents through the letterbox. Just very rude.

From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing — managing our expectations brilliantly, keeping us fully informed at every stage, and genuinely caring about our experience throughout the whole process.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble for Katie. Her communication skills are nothing short of exceptional; she was always responsive, professional, reassuring and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>We have been absolutely wowed by the level of service we received. Buying a house can be stressful, but Katie made the whole experience feel so much easier. We always felt that we were in safe hands and that she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for her amazing support, hard work and dedication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was genuinely epic!<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Katie highly enough — an absolute credit to her profession. ??
