After giving me a speach that they would sell my house with in 2 weeks for more money than any other estate agent could (they didn't) I didn't hear off them for months. I eventually phoned them to tell them to take it off the market and I was going with someone else, they informed I had 2 weeks left on the contract so I decided to wait. After I reduced my sale price (something else they said I would never have to do), and after they actually did an advertising push on my property they got a sale.
