They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.
14th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had full confidence with Humphreys from the beginning, , knowing the area well and the overall knowledge of the house they are selling for you .The genuine interest and support with James and Donna - The feedback we found very helpful and insightful. Through to a sale -The Street app for appointments with back up phone calls and reminders.The office are knowledgeable and helpful in your case . Very happy -thank you Humphreys!!
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Emma James did in one week what it took the other estate agent we were with prior to her 12 months and failed to do. She sold our house within a week on first viewing. The difference with her is she’s honest in her appraisals, she’s professional in every aspect, she knows the market, communicates constantly, keeping you completely up to date with relevant information, she clearly cares passionately about delivering an outstanding customer experience. 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!

11th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would just like to thank everyone at Edward Mellor for their help and support in selling my parents home which wasnt straightforward and involved a legal process to get the job done.<br>Because of the nature of the sale i was assigned a very experienced and specialised agent Amy Hardman who was superb,she is very professional has 100% dedication and very very good indeed,not just that i felt she really cared,was really supportive during the stressful times in what was a difficult sale,she is the person you want helping you in getting it done.<br>I can’t thank her enough,she was an absolute legend!<br>Kind Regards<br>John

A pleasure to work with and our estate agent found banners to be incredibly professional.<br><br>Highly recommend

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently responded to emails promptly. Nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>Andy was also very supportive during our transition out of our rental property whilst we moved on to buy our own home. Helping to ensure that the checkout process went smoothly. We really appreciated all his help and support throughout our tenancy.<br><br>We would highly recommend Andy as a property manager and thanks again!
