On top of that , they were really personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.
28th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did! Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

7th May 2026 (2 days ago)Ally and the team at Northwood in Sandbach have been excellent. They allow multiple visits to the property of interest. Ally is very informative about the properties that are being sold. Rob has also been most helpful during negotiations. They keep you informed of progress at all times which is reassuring, even setting up a WhatsApp group so that you can ask questions and keep up to date with the progress of your purchase.

18th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Worst experience.We went to view a property for rent and we reach the property there is no one to view the property for us. We wait for 30 minutes and call randomly to the office number and no one pick the call . Very disappointing. Waste of money and waste of time.

Very proactive in marketing my property and no issue in relation to attending viewings when I was unable to be present. A great all round team!

Abigail has dealt with all my queries over the phone and has been amazing sending me property suggestions, being considerate of my requirements and budget. Super helpful! Emma took me to my first property and was very informative helpful throughout. Suzie took me on the remainder of my viewings and has been amazing. Arranging 2nd viewings where needed and generally being lovely and supportive through the whole process which is daunting as a first time buyer. They've helped to make the process / experience enjoyable and exciting Can't thank them enough ??????

Whilst we was dealing with the pain of bereavement and deciding to sell our parents house, dealing with Darren was friendly, very knowledgable and professional advising us through all the stages of selling the property and made the process as easy as possible. He was available and a constant throughout and went above and beyond to keep us updated right through to completion when we was not getting much updates from the Solicitor.
17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.
