10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Bought my first home used these for my mortgage advisors and honestly made the whole thing stress free for me, they was patient with me aswell as I was speaking to one of there workers for 6 years and he was so nice explained everything to me really well his name is Owen Eastwood I would recommend this place to anyone planning to buy a house and would give it a 10 star if I could because he made this journey so easy for me

The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience — tenants deserve far better.

19th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)We cannot thank Maurice and the team enough for all of their work and effort throughout our house sale. They made what is usually an incredibly stressful time feel like a breeze. Having such a poor experience with a corporate estate agency last year in which the sale ultimately fell through, we can honestly say those 2 experiences were like night and day. Maurice kept us up to date with the process, always got back to us, and gave sound advice from start to finish. If you’re looking to buy or sell your property, we couldn’t recommend Maurice Kilbride Residential Sales and Lettings enough. You’ll honestly be in the safest of hands!

The staff were all very polite & informative, keeping us in the loop along the journey. Will Minns was super helpful, if we ever had any queries, he would always find the answers. Thank you team

We were first time buyers and Jemma and the team went above and beyond to chase our exchange and completion to avoid us paying additional rental fees. They took the time to explain confusing legal jargon and ensured we felt supported at every step of the way. They have also offered us advice on dealing with a tricky rental situation whilst buying! - 13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

Gill was very fair in her evaluation & gave us great advice on what we needed to do to get the Property, sale-worthy. We had numerous viewings and sold the property very quickly. Gill & the team regularly communicated with us to ensure the smooth running of the sale. Their experience shone through during the whole process.
