It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)John was very responsive to my calls and did what he said he was going to do. He gave helpful advice based on his obvious knowledge of the market and local businesses. He arranged for things to be done, which really helped as I was not local. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed much guidance and Neil was brilliant with communicating everything with us and helping achieve the final sale. We could not have picked a better estate agent to guide us through this process. Highly recommended.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

From the start, their professionalism and knowledge were evident; the property advert was descriptive, accurate, and truly showed our home at its best. ?While the sale had a few hiccups and stresses, Paula and Matthew were brilliant at mediating and guiding us through to the finish line. They perfectly explained every step of the process, making a complex situation much easier to handle. ?I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and approachability. If you want agents who are proactive and easy to talk to, I highly recommend them!
15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Just had an amazing experience going through the application process for my house with both Harvey and Antonia, couldn't have asked for a nicer experience- 4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We put our house up for sale 3 years ago with an estate agent, frustratingly after over a year we had very few viewings and zero offers. we took our house down and re listed with Bridgefords in Penketh. The difference was absolutely astounding, Bridgefords took ownership and responsibility for all the viewings, they worked with us, to give us the best possible chance at sale with over 25 viewings in the space of 3 weeks we were astounded. The house was sold and finally completed last week, the support and help from the team at Bridgefords Penketh was amazing and i would recommend them to anyone needing to sell there property. A Fabulous team of individuals, thank you all.

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Linda and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions we had and offer guidance when needed. They kept in regular contact with us, ensuring we were kept up to date with the marketing of our home, and were also very accommodating when arranging viewings to fit around our busy schedules. This made everything feel much easier and less stressful. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

14th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole process so much smoother than we ever expected. Rita was always one step ahead — chasing things up, keeping us updated, and doing everything possible to make sure the sale went through. She’s honestly the most amazing person to deal with, and we can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. If you’re thinking about selling, we couldn’t recommend Rita and the team highly enough. She’s a true credit to the profession!
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We dealt with Darren for the purchase of our new property and the sale of our house. Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys

4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)This is a brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us fully informed throughout the process. The marketing material and photos were first class, and the advice as to how to pitch our property was spot on. So much so that we had seven viewings booked within the first week, although as it turned out the first couple to view offered to buy it at the full list price and the deal was done! Can't recommend them highly enough.
