Neil in particular is a credit to the company We hope we've bought our "Forever Home", but if we do need to move again in the near future I will absolutely be using Andrew J Nowell as my agents!
17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)a problematic agency... You pay the deposit and then they make you call somewhere else to unlock the deposit. You call there, 3-4 times and when you get close to the end of the call they pretend to lose contact. and so on. Finally, when you manage to finish the conversation, they tell you that they will send you an email for confirmation, an email that no longer comes. The email comes, but from the agency where you rented the house, telling you that you have to call to confirm your identity. And you call DPS again and so on. Shitty agency!

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)Avoid at all costs Horrific experience with this letting agent. They would never reply to any emails about work needing to be done. However if they needed something they would expect me to reply straight away. For months I asked if something could be done over the flooring as it was so poorly fitted and a huge trip hazard, we had a child in the house. They refused to fix the floor but tried to take my deposit to replace it once I left. The DPS obviously didn't agree to this as the flooring was in such poor condition on commencement of the tenancy. I feel sorry to whoever has moved into the property as it was in desperate need of decorating. I think the landlord had tried to do odd jobs themself but clearly wasn't very skilled. The car park was also underwater due to the biggest pothole I have ever seen. We only lived in the property for a year because we couldn't cope with the lack of communication. Our current letting agent and all previous have been amazing so we weren't expecting such a poor experience.

They were always there to help and answer questions and were a great help in keeping everything moving along smoothly. I know if we ever come to sell our house I'll be going straight to them.

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. We have no hesitation recommending Bridgfords Disley.- 14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Maj was a fantastic Mortgage Advisor. He really took the time to explain everything to us as first time buyers, and always gave the impression he really cared about us and our sale. He went out of his way to check in and make sure we had everything we needed, and I'd thoroughly recommend him.

31st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)What can I say the staff at Your Move Tunstall are just amazing, they fought our corner all the way through our house sale which took a considerable time due to a management company dragging their feet for several months! Your Move chased regularly and also kept us informed of updates all the way through. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and already have. Keep up the good work guys!

10th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Sold my house through Bridgefords. Bethany was very good at dealing with our very difficult sale. Lewis was always very helpful whenever I spoke to him. Other staff members I found very frustrating. Would ask them for information and then never hear from them. The estate agent I bought by my house through was always contacting me for updates because they said Bridgefords didn’t reply to her emails. I raised this with the manager and never got a response.

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I have recently rented out my home through Lesley Hooks with the help of Claire & Charlie! Something that i thought was a daunting experienced turned out to be stress free and easy because of these two! I was really nervous with it being my first time and they explained all the things i needed to get in place and guided me through every step. It felt easy having them explain it all to me, they had all the contacts for all the certificates i needed and advised me on the landlord insurer they recommend. Lesley came to my property to take the photos and she was lovely! Her knowledge and experience is amazing. Claire really made me feel like i was in safe hands as she managed all my viewings of the property and kept me updated. Finding a tenant with Claire really took away my concerns and anxiety about the whole situation and she really did help me find the perfect couple for my home! I cannot recommend the experience i've had with Lesley Hooks enough simply because of these girls! They made the experience comfortable & easy, nothing was too much hassle for them and i didn't feel stressed like i thought i would! I actually ended up enjoying the experience of becoming a landlord for the first time in the end and i don't think i would have if i didn't have their help and guidance. When our first buyer fell through, Bethan was able to get us a better deal with the second buyers and it only took two days to sell the second time. A big thank for your efforts. Tracey was always there for us following the first sale. She was keen to help at all times answering our queries and progressed the sale most professionally. We can't thank her enough.
