The entire purchasing process was very complex and often complicated, due to a series of legal hurdles and unexpected obstacles. But Ben’s deep knowledge of the market, combined with his vast experience, relentless perseverance, and calm professionalism, kept us moving forward. After a lengthy journey, we were finally able to secure the house we truly wanted. I can’t thank him enough, and I would highly recommend him to anyone navigating a complex purchase. Jordan was consistently friendly, approachable, and willing to help throughout the process. He communicated clearly and kept things moving smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. I appreciated that he treated us with respect and professionalism, even though he was representing the seller. Overall, great and supportive agents to deal with—I highly recommend Jordan and his team based on our experience.

Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

Always quick to reply, punctual for viewings and answered all my silly 1st time buyer questions. Perhaps being an independent local agent makes the difference. All I can say is thanks and you'll be recommended! Hopefully won't be needing you any time soon but if I do, I won't bother with anyone else.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

Emily the sales progressor kept us in the loop and always answered our questions asap. The WhatsApp group was easy to communicate and as a busy working mum, I was able to access all the messages when I could. I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend :)
