Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Whenever minor issues did arise, Jordan went the extra mile for us to ensure everything was resolved quickly and fairly.<br><br>It is rare to find an estate agent so dedicated, reliable, and pleasant to work with. We were very happy for them to help us with the sale of our house, and they were also the agent for the property we were buying. The team in the office are friendly, proactive and care about giving a good customer service. Overall we would highly recommend.
