Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

7th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Imagine being so unprofessional that you schedule a viewing, talk so highly about your agency and then be extremely lame enough to not show up for the viewing. I had the absolute displeasure to deal with James Setright who scheduled a viewing and then forgot to show up at 308, Garratt Lane address at the time of the viewing. My partner travelled an hour to reach the address and then viola, nobody shows up, I call up and James picks up and tells me that there’s nothing he could do and the best he could do is to schedule it for another day. Whilst being civil and acting like he cared, there was absolutely no other alternative offered. I just feel sorry for the seller here, since they should pick up someone more professional and reasonable to deal with. To anyone at John D Wood who’s the owner, it’s not only hard to schedule viewings and reach your staff but they are just incredibly bad to deal with and make basic errors that are just blasphemous for. From my initial contact with KFH to the tenants moving in was just four weeks and that included a major redecoration and overhaul of the flat.
27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

From the very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and incredibly proactive. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress?free.<br><br>Abigail is genuinely one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. She made everything feel easy, and her attention to detail and friendly approach made a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend her or Martin & Co Battersea Reach more highly.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock
