From the very beginning, Anna, Suzie and the rest of the Rochford Stokes team were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They were always quick to respond, kept us informed, and made every stage of the tenancy feel easy and stress free.<br><br>What really stood out was how reliable and transparent they were. Whether it was moving in, handling day-to-day queries, or managing the check-out process, everything was organised, fair and dealt with promptly. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit return process was smooth and hassle-free, which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>It can be difficult to find a letting agency you can truly trust, but Rochford Stokes exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for an agency that is responsive, professional and genuinely cares about providing a great experience, we would highly recommend getting in touch with them.

They have been professional, responsive and very helpful throughout the process of letting my property.<br><br>Rachel in particular has been excellent — always approachable, efficient and quick to deal with any questions or issues.<br><br>I would highly recommend Rachel and her team to any landlord looking for a professional letting agent. 20th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants
26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with a property marketed by John D Wood & Co. Estate Agents (Wandsworth).<br><br>Initially, Poppy Martin was very helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and application process, which gave us confidence in proceeding. However, after our offer was accepted, we were informed that all payments and tenancy arrangements would be handled directly by the landlord rather than the agency. This was never made clear at the outset.<br><br>We had already submitted our personal and financial information to the agent, including payslips, bank statements, passports, proof of address, P60s, and our guarantor’s personal and financial details. Despite this, the landlord requested the same documents again, followed by further demands for over a year’s worth of our guarantor’s financial records, including payslips, bank statements, and P60s.<br><br>We also discovered that deposits were to be paid to a business account managed by a third-party company, which had not been disclosed by the agent. When we requested evidence of their data protection compliance, we were initially provided with an expired certificate and generic documents, which further undermined our confidence.<br><br>At this stage, we no longer felt comfortable sharing additional financial information. As a result, our £311 holding deposit was retained. We felt pressured into providing excessive personal data under the threat of losing our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, involved repeated requests for financial and personal information, and left us feeling misled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope future applicants are given clearer information before committing to the process.- 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I cannot recommend Giulia Mazzucoo from KFH Battersea Park highly enough. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and understanding of my needs, she helped me find an apartment that I am genuinely so happy with.<br><br>As this was my first time purchasing a property in the UK, there were many parts of the process that were completely new to me. Giulia made the entire journey feel incredibly smooth and reassuring. Her communication was excellent, she was always responsive and approachable, and she guided me through each stage with patience and professionalism.<br><br>Having previously had a very disappointing and super unprofessional experience with another estate agency, working with Giulia completely changed my perception of what a great estate agent can be.
