Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I have had so many ongoing issues at my house, a broken washing machine since MARCH with countless calls, emails and people coming to “evaluate” or “fix” the issue (it just needs to be replaced!!), people either quit so the comms is lost then the conversation starts all over again (average reply time 5 weeks) or things are lost and not followed up. I will never rent a house through marsh and parsons again. They promise they will call you back and they never do. Have thoroughly documented the condition of my property as I don’t feel confident they won’t try (or even know) what to deduct from my deposit when I eventually leave. So disappointing as I love my house but they’re completely incompetent

18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)In a class of their own. I have dealt with lots of estate agents over the years and I have never come across an outfit so organised, friendly and efficient. We sold our flat through them and from the 1st interaction it was a different experience. They provided helpful information every step of the way, they returned phonecalls and they stayed involved right up to the end of the process. They did what they said would do at the start, all the way through and took the stress out the process. Lewis and Bryony and Tabby were all brilliant. It made me wonder why others don't do the same thing ??????

As a first-time buyer, I found her service exceptional. She is truly looking out for my best interests rather than just trying to close a deal. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy broker! Also the whole team has been very kind and helpful in my search.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience. I called earlier today specifically to confirm that the viewing was still going ahead, and I was told that it was. I left work and travelled 40 minutes to get to the property, only to receive a message five minutes before the viewing informing me that it had been cancelled.<br><br>When I called to ask what had happened, I was told that the landlord had already accepted an offer and that they had apparently known about this for an hour. Yet, nobody bothered to inform me, despite having my contact details and having confirmed the viewing earlier that same day.<br><br>This is an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for people’s time. Leaving work and travelling 40 minutes for absolutely nothing, when a simple phone call or message could have prevented it, is incredibly frustrating.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not trust this agency to handle my time or my property search professionally. The lack of communication and basic courtesy is disgraceful.

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday. I cannot thank him personally enough and rate him or his firm more highly.
