Marsh and Parson’s has confirmed in writing they owed me a rent refund yet it has been 3 months of me constantly emailing and calling and eventually I’ve had to escalate it to their director, then to the director of marsh and parsons to try get my refund that they CONFIRMED IN WRITING I WAS OWED. Horrendous communication, they don’t reply for weeks and I have to repeatedly call and chase them through emails in order to try receive a reply, meanwhile they keep passing the responsibility onto other members of their team to avoid resolving this issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolute headache to deal with what should’ve been 1 email and a refund, yet they’ve dragged it on for 3 months. Unbelievable.
