Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and they kept me updated every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful time much easier. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and the team were always happy to answer questions or help when needed. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely lovely. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A great team who made the whole process feel straightforward and I felt supported from start to finish!

From the very first interaction, they demonstrated professionalism at its absolute best. As first-time buyers who were completely new to the mortgage process, we honestly didn’t know where to begin but the team made everything so easy and stress-free for us. Right from the property search, they took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. They didn’t just show us homes; they went above and beyond by helping us connect with trusted solicitors and mortgage advisers, which made the entire journey feel seamless and well-supported. What really stood out was their communication. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process with regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind. It’s not easy buying a home in a new country, but Rachel and Andrea made us feel completely at ease.
