Suits don't indicate professionalism.<br><br>Previous review.<br><br>They are professional and well mannered, however, please be vary if you are the buyer and not the seller. MF & Co inflate prices like no other estate agency and they will sell you a lemon with full knowledge of what they are doing.<br><br>Looking for a morally sound estate agency is near impossible, but MF & Co is easily the worst I've encountered so far.

Over the past five years, we’ve consistently found them to be professional, helpful, reliable, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Amelia, Louis, Ashleigh, and the rest of the team are always on the ball, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. Their excellent service and professionalism are truly appreciated. Highly recommended!
1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

If you're consdiering this agency - as well as looking at those reviews, do ask yourself - if they cannot even be bothered to reply to any of these bad reviews, what are they going to be like if you give them your business? There are so many estate agencies out there, some of which are great, please do invest 10 minutes finding one...- 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We dealt with Tom at Curchods in Cobham and I would say that he was an excellent ally in our house search. He was informative and highly knowledgable of the local area. He took time and a lot of effort to make the whole process smooth and kept us informed at every step of the way. Tom's honest and professional approach was very much appreciated.

Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

26th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)If you are looking to sell your property I can highly recommend Martin & Wheatley who are the most professional Estate agents you could imagine<br><br>Special shout out to David Harvey who was especially courteous and polished. His knowledge and experience reassured us throughout, but more than anything, he just picked up the phone to keep contact going.<br><br>A lack of communication can highlight exactly why people can have a bad opinion on estate agents, the difference here is you are instructing passionate professionals who are genuinely interested in property and your best interests.<br><br>There wasn’t even the opportunity to worry about particulars because David would touch base to fill us in before such questions could be asked.<br><br>The whole team supported us throughout, but David brought in a good buyer and within just 5 weeks we had accepted an offer on our property.<br><br>I can’t recommend Martin & Wheatley highly enough and they absolutely schooled the bigger names on how to do their jobs.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

We got the sense that Mint sell every house as if they are selling their own, going the extra mile to promote the selling points of not only our house but also the local area. This resulted in a swift sale at a price higher than other estate agents thought possible.<br><br>Communication is a really strong point with Mint and they gave thorough feedback on viewings and the WhatsApp group helped keep us up to date with everything throughout the whole process.<br><br>We encountered some issues with the chain but nothing was too much trouble for Mint to help with and I genuinely believe if we had chosen any other Estate agent, there would have been a real risk of the chain falling apart. But thanks to their hard work, dedication and exceptional communication, we completed on our sale and purchase with Mint.<br><br>We can't thank Nicole, Sally and Sarah enough for everything they did and will recommend Mint to anyone as THE estate agent to choose whether selling or buying a property.<br><br>Thank you again!
