Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could.
