8th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)The valuation of my property was too high - I queried it, but the manager assured me it was achievable. It wasn't - I had just two viewings. I dropped the price by £10k in the end, but by then it had been on the market too long and was looking stale. Bradleys also has a deal with Homewise, a scheme for the over-60s that offers a reduced price in return for an equity stake. I specifically stated in the contract that I did not wish to be included in the Homewise scheme. Despite this, my property appeared on Rightmove with the Homewise listing at £65k less than the full-price listing. It looked very confusing and made the higher figure look overpriced. It took three calls/emails to get the Homewise listing removed. Feedback was generally poor and there were no suggestions about to how to improve marketing. One sales assistant did her best, but Bradleys seem to run the office on a shoestring.

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. 11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

Finding the right commercial space can be a daunting process, but Leigh made it seamless. They were incredibly easy to reach and consistently went above and beyond to answer our questions and keep the momentum going. If you are looking for a property partner in the Plymouth area who combines professional expertise with a helpful, 'can-do' attitude, I cannot recommend enough.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

Suzanne is charming, efficient, patient, kind, helpful and right on the button with sorting any hitches or problems. She is a force to be reckoned with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always got back to me if I left a message. Buying and selling houses is not the most enjoyable experience but this lady really smooths the way and quietly gets things done. Very different from the usual Estate Agent experience- I think they had better take a note or she’ll sweep the board! Thank you so much Suzanne.
