12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I completed end of November with the help of Mark, and the additional support of Ed as well, throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchase, on the back of a previous sale that did not go through in the end, so I was very sceptical in starting all over again but this led to my current place ???? The Hamptons was very responsive and help me a lot to deal with a number of items that came up throughout. Would definitely recommend!
25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)THIS AGENCY IS A WASTE OF TIME! JUST BECAUSE I AM CLAIMING HOUSING BENEFITS THEY WONT LET ME RENT THE PROPERTY. THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED AND SHOULDNT OPERATE! WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL PASS YOU TO ANOTHER AGENT TO ANOTHER UNTIL YOU WERE JUST HANGING THERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE THEN THEY WILL HANG UP! I WILL REPORT THIS AGENCY TO THE COUNCIL! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL! I AM A SINGLE MOM, WORKING FOR MY KID, REASONS WHY I HAVE THE SUPPORT FROM THE GOV'T BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ME AND MY KID!!!!!!

Emanuele was always highly professional throughout the process, from showing us round nice properties that fitted our requirements through to helping us move things forward as we neared exchange. 3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'm consistently surprised by how easy KF&H make property management look. They are not really on top of things, and don't show any professionalism or competence, and it doesn't seem to matter at all! Some observations of my interactions with them as a tenant: Will they reply to you promptly and keep you updated through the tenancy application process? No. Is their portal easy to use and navigate? Not particularly. Will they make you use a referencing company that harvests your data and spams you? Yes. Will they arrange a clear handover and move in process? After you ask twice. Will they even give you the correct keys to the property? Nope. Will they require you to spend your own time cancelling direct debits and setting up standing orders because of changes they decide to make to their systems? Yes. How will they communicate that? By sending emails that look like phishing attempts. Will they notify you of rent increases before they take effect, or will they instead allow you to discover the new amount retrospectively through an arrears notification? Second one. On the plus side, I always get a good laugh out of my interactions with them. Absolute clown show, full marks to all involved.

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). They will try anything to grab your deposit , we are disputing on DPS

- 7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. I called to arrange viewings for three different properties and was told they would phone me to confirm, but I never received any follow-up. Four days later, I found out the properties had already been let. This has happened at other branches as well, and the repeated lack of communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, it also seemed like certain enquiries were consistently delayed or ignored, which left me feeling unfairly treated. Overall, I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of follow-through and inconsistent service.

20th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

She made everything much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her support and organization really reduced the stress of moving. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her and the agency to anyone who needs assistance with moving.

She is an absolutely amazing and professional person who helped us a lot during our tenancy. We had several issues with our landlord, and Dani handled everything with patience and professionalism. She supported us through the process, solved many of the problems we were facing, and even managed to help us get our deposit back, which we truly appreciate. If it wasn’t for her, we would have faced many more difficulties and honestly I don’t know what we would have done without her help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out.
