Buying a new property while selling your existing home can be a stressful and a challenging experience, but having the right team on your side makes all the difference. From the very beginning, Abi, Sally, and Barry were professional, proactive, and always available to provide updates, reassurance, and support. Unfortunately, our own selling estate agent in Ferring was not as effective when it came to communication and chasing matters when needed. In contrast, dealing with Miller Town & Country was a breath of fresh air. They always kept us informed, exceeded expectations, and made us feel supported and confident throughout the process. We cannot thank Abi, Sally, Barry & their team enough for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend Miller Town & Country to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely zero accessibility. Trying to move back to the area due to ill health and to be closer to my family again. We had 2 properties that we wanted to view and asked if these could kindly be virtual viewings, the middle aged woman on the phone was frankly snappy and rude and incredibly condescending when she said no, and how we would have to book a weekend away to view these, I explained this wasn't possible due to a multitude of reasons, she did not care. While house hunting now and in the past we have not had an issue with any other estate agents accommodating virtual viewings. It's 2026, do better.

They worked tirelessly in a difficult market to secure two sales of my property, with the sales only falling through due to totally unforeseen circumstances. They advice and thoughtfulness have been invaluable and made what is a stressful process, far more tolerable. Friendly, incredibly responsive and always looking for new ways to market and sell, they have been nothing short of first class and I would unfailingly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.- 1st Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Fox and Sons Estate Agents St Budeaux. The team was professional, friendly, and very supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage and made everything smooth and stress-free. 19th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. I have spoken with every member of staff at the Paignton office during the last few months and every single one of them, I felt gave truly great customer service. Thank you to all of you for your time and continued support throughout the process, you always responded quickly and efficiently and were enormously helpful and friendly- great team!

They stood out for being friendly and efficient (not pushy and annoying!) getting viewings booked in and following up. Since then I've chosen them to sell my house and recommended them to my daughter as well and they lived up to their reputation. I've recently purchased again through them! Big shout out to Darron and Anthony. They know what they are doing and they do it well.
