30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We were selling a very old house as executors and it turned out to be very complicated. Stags were patient and helpful throughout and supported us all the way. The house was eventually sold - the delay being mainly due to a purchase which fell through and they certainly earned their commission.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

Every step of the way I have found them to be professional and wonderful people to work with. I would like to send a special thank you to Beverley who has been a joy to work with, always available for advice and help when I needed it. A real partner throughout. If you have a property you'd like to let then do give her a call.<br><br>And when I came to sell my flat, the sales team - Andy & Mark - came over the hill like the cavalry, expertly selling the property in under 4 weeks during one of the toughest periods the UK has suffered in the property market. As a first time buyer, Sharon was reassuring and helpful and allowed me enough time when viewing to plan and imagine myself living there. I highly recommend Sharon and if ever I decided to sell, would use Fraser Wheeler again.

After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!- 27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We had to sell our dad’s house in order to pay for his care home fees after our mother passed away, as she had been his carer. So naturally, it wasn’t a great situation for us to be in.<br><br>We asked Connells to come and value the house so we could put it on the market. Sophie came out to the house knowing our situation and was professional, understanding and respectful throughout the whole process.<br><br>Connells found us a buyer very quickly. Although the buyer’s solicitors weren’t the fastest, Maddy kept us updated throughout and never seemed to mind me contacting her for updates.<br><br>Selling a house is always stressful, especially in circumstances like ours, but Connells made the whole process much easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been.<br><br>10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.

Amy was friendly, approachable and warm throughout, and was always happy to help with any questions along the way.<br><br>Overall, the whole process felt very streamlined and professional, while still being personal and welcoming. 11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

They have a lovely bright office on the hugh street too with friendly staff always there to help. Open all day Saturday too which helps when you work full time! Highly recommended.

The whole process was done in a very professional manner which made a smooth and straightforward transfer. Being first time buyers, we had no clue on anything but James walked us through every step of the way explaining every fine detail. James went above and beyond and would highly recommend him.
