No issues.- 1st Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Write from the initial contact and the valuation, confidence was created. The property brochure was well photographed, designed, and with the language carefully crafted. Whenever we phoned the office, which ever member of staff answered was readily able to either respond personally or no immediately how to obtain an appropriate response. They were well organised and enthusiastic team.

The photographer was excellent .- 9th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

Extremely efficient communications and always returning calls and emails as soon as they could. We organised 2 sets of viewings almost at last minute timescales and felt well looked after. The staff are genuinely interested in their clients and customers and facilitated meetings whenever we needed them. Thank you for such good service and friendliness.

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Scott Parry associates have just successfully sold our Property in Cargreen, and I can honestly say that they are by-far the best agents that we have ever dealt with. We went with Scott after his property appraisal, as he was genuinely enthusiastic about our property and location, and the photography and drone footage that they provided was incredible. The market is very challenging at the moment, and the team persevered with many viewings and were proactive and accommodating for potential viewings throughout the entire process. The whole team were fantastic, and in particular Megan, who we could not fault, and we felt like she made it her mission to sell our property. The market is incredibly tough, so be realistic about your sell price and Scott Parry Associates will get it done for you!
