15th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing

16th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!

Highly professional and friendly too. The only Estate Agent I've ever felt strongly and positively about recommending ... and I've used a few!

Their communication is always prompt, their service is reliable, and they take care of everything professionally and efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing my property is in safe hands. 9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.
