21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

1st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)I never leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. I would have given 2 stars but as a landlord and owner of a property, I had to remember I was paying these people. I must commend them for at least following through with what was required of them but that was the least. The correspondence was abysmal regarding time. I would send Omega an email and I would get a response after I remind them of the initial email at least another 3 times. I believe they had a hidden relationship between the tenants and covertly prolonged a request to empty the property to benefit the tenant. An example of this was making excuses for the tenant being on holiday. After contacting Omega on the day they had told me the tenant had returned, they said the tenant was on holiday again. Constant reminders to remind this tenant was ignored and then they posted a picture of the notice to the tenant to vacate the property. They made little effort to contact the tenant and lacked foresight, which led to a break in because they had left a notice outside informing every passerby that the property was empty. So many emails of mine to Omega consisted of "I have not had a response from you yet regarding.." The staff here are just generally slow at thinking. I had someone pick up the keys to my property from them, and Omega required ID and contact. Omega was given a business card, and they photocopied it and gave it back. The purpose of a business card is to hand it out. Why was it photocopied. I'm very patient and I'm used to very little or poor service. The majority of my reviews are above 4 stars. Unfortunately it's the complete experience that was a let down.

5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Just the best - kind caring and extremely patient with me when I was facing physical, mental and emotional problems. Always on hand with a listening ear and Max was just the best support as was Andy. I would recommend Hunters Castleford for a rental to anyone as they are great with the personal touches, I always felt listened to and when I needed them they were always there. Thank you to all the fabulous team keep doing you are the best x

9th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)Had a viewing arranged at 2pm today. Turned up 10 minutes early and there was another couple also waiting at the property.. 5 minutes later another couple also turned up to view the property. Found this to be unacceptable for us to either be expected to view the property all at the same time with the current pandemic, or for us to have to wait outside while the other couples each viewed the property. One couple found this to be unacceptable and left immediately, the other couple then left at 14:10 as the lady who worked for Craven Wildsmith was late. At 14:15 we called the estate agent to tell them we too were leaving.. We had no call to tell us they would be late, or how late they would be. They arranged a group viewing during a pandemic, or expected us to wait outside. If this is the level of customer service at the first viewing, I dread to think how they would be when it came to needing a boiler fixed, wanting a deposit returned or just any general complaint.

6th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Suzanne was excellent from start to finish, she kept us updated with solicitors correspondence and chased them when we needed it, answered all of our questions and was always there when we needed someone, as first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing and Suzanne was always happy to help. Couldn’t recommend Sanders estate agency more, thank you Suzanne and your son aswell x
