1st Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)I had a very long drawn-out sale and purchase. Mark was excellent throughout and kept everyone regularly updated, the service I received was exceptional. I cant recommend them enough. The best estate agents in Ashley Cross!

1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

15th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Our experience with this agent was extremely disappointing and, frankly, shocking. We initially viewed the property with the vendor, and everything seemed positive. The house was listed just under £760k. At the time, our budget could stretch to around £700k (possibly slightly more). We were told this wouldn’t be enough as there was an offer of £725k on the table, although that buyer still needed to sell. On that basis, we stepped back. Several weeks later, after running the numbers again and while our own sale was uncertain, we increased our offer to £710k. After a lengthy phone conversation, the agent told us repeatedly that £725k was the figure required for a deal and that anything below this would not be considered. We were also told the vendor was thinking of withdrawing the property from the market until spring. Once our buyer had sold again, we managed to stretch to £725k and arranged a second viewing to finalise matters. During that viewing, the vendor was surprised to hear that £725k had been presented as an acceptable figure — she stated she had never told the agent she would accept this and was actually looking for much closer to £750k. When we raised this with the agent, they denied everything that had previously been said and refused to provide call recordings to clarify the situation. When pressed, the conversation became abrupt and the phone call was cut off. Had we simply been told from the start that the vendor wanted closer to £750k, we would have accepted that and made an informed decision. Instead, we were repeatedly told that £725k was the deal figure, only to later discover this was not true. This showed a serious lack of professionalism and transparency, wasted time, and caused unnecessary stress. My advice to anyone dealing with this agent is to record your own conversations. In our case, clear discussions were later denied and no call recordings were provided when requested.

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)They had since September to sell our property, which was first listed at their own valuation. Over the months, they repeatedly advised us to reduce the price, which we did three times. We were out of contract with them from December, but still ended up stuck with them until 1st May. In that time, we had only three viewings, and we believe one of those may not have been genuine. It felt like they were just bringing anyone round to make it look as though they were doing something, including people who had not even sold their own property. They have wasted valuable time when we could have been with a company that actually cared about selling our home. Now that we are going with another estate agent, they want £300 from us after seven months of poor service. Avoid at all costs.

At every stage, we’ve been impressed with the blend of confidence, initiative and expertise shown by the team handling our sale and next purchase. Sophie has been a total star - always keeping things moving and keeping us in the loop too. When the inevitable bumps in the road occurred, Sophie went above and beyond to get us back on track. Highly recommend.
23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid at all costs. I had one of the worst experiences dealing with Palmer Snell, particularly with Adam and his team. Communication was consistently poor — calls went unanswered, updates were unclear, and overall professionalism was lacking. At the start of the purchase, Adam was extremely difficult to get hold of. Then, just two weeks before the supposed deadline, I was suddenly contacted and told everything needed to be completed by Monday. I requested a short extension until Tuesday, which he agreed to. Acting in good faith, I paid all the necessary fees to my solicitor to proceed with the purchase. However, Adam later called once (with no follow-up email or written confirmation) to inform me that the offer had been withdrawn and the property had been given to a higher bidder. This was handled very poorly and showed a complete lack of proper management and communication. As a result, I’ve lost over £1,000 in survey and legal fees — all for nothing. I would not recommend working with this agency and will certainly not be using them again. Based on my experience, the negative reviews they receive are not surprising.
8th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.- 16th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I've known Stuart for a few years and have always found him very helpful .Recently I have spoken on the phone to Michele several times and found her to be informative and helpful too.

From valuation, accompanied viewing and feedback, nothing was too much trouble, which culminated in a successful sale, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a provider of a highly professional service.

2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)We asked to take the property at the asking price on Monday for a property, was told to send an email because clearly they couldn’t be bothered to take it over the phone! Email sent Monday and we have not yet to heard (Saturday) Being in the industry this is why we have a bad name and now I know that agents like this is exactly why!!!! Complete joke!! If you’re a landlord with this company how many times have you lost a good tenant because of a lack of care!!??

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.

Advice offered, honest experience led answers given to questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone during a stressful few days of closing the deal. This is an estate agent run by people who care, know their stuff and work to ensure all parties are happy with the result. Communication was on point getting answers from the vendor quickly as well as answering questions outside of ‘normal’ working hours all to help ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.
