1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Terrible company. They manage the free hold that I use to access my house.<br>It has been infested with rats for 4 months, with constant fly tipping and most recently dead rats left for over a month and human faeces.<br>Bad customer service. Rude on the phone

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was ever treated as a silly question. They were always happy to explain things to me and make sure I understood what was happening, which made such a difference, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed. They were always there to help, chase things up when needed and, most importantly, reassure me whenever I started to panic! Their support made the whole process so much less stressful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better estate agents and would highly recommend Mursells to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future. Thank you so much, Lawrence and Wendy, for everything you’ve done for us!

Her communication was consistently excellent, and we never experienced a single issue. We even received a small welcome gift in the property, which made it feel like home straight away. I would highly recommend this estate agent.
