All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.

14th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it. I initially chose to deal with Bowdens as their ethos and family values really appealed to me and I found this to be true in every interaction with them. Moving house can be emotional and stressful but I really felt that I wasn't going through it alone and that Bowdens were with me throughout, I absolutely will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.
