9th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)We both bought and sold bungalows successfully through Diamond Mills. Alan was particularly effective at gaining trust with ourselves and potential buyers. He helped get quick but fair pricing agreements for both transactions. He and the wider team also handled queries quickly and kept us up to date on progress, working round setbacks to get a good outcome and a new home that we are very pleased with.

Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress. We bought our house through them 15 years ago and had no hesitation about who to use when it came to selling.<br><br>Despite a protracted journey in a complicated market, Nick and Paul stayed positive throughout – in effect they sold our house 3 or 4 times! None of this was their fault, and it was reassuring to know we had them in our corner throughout.<br><br>Their advice and experience are second to none. As per other reviews, it is refreshing to always be able to speak to real people. There are no webs of bureaucracy or need to log into third party apps, just authentic and honest feedback and guidance. This combination of being professional and personable is hard to beat.<br><br>We would 100% use Norton Rickett again and have already recommended them to other friends and family members.

5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)My personal experience with Symonds and Greenaway has not been positive mostly due to them protecting rouge landlords. Who do not maintain there properties and can no longer practise their tactics so they hide behind estate agents, this is what I personally experienced with Symonds and Greenaway, months of them protecting rouge landlords. So if you are a future tenant, take great care. If you are a decent landlord, then be careful who you connect yourself with , if you are a rouge, landlord, you are found a perfect match, Symonds and Greenaway will protect you fully.
