I thought that finding a property at short notice that ticks every box would be quite difficult, but not only did she recommend a great property, she went above and beyond to ensure those boxes were ticked. This is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent and I’d be more than happy to recommend her and WHB to those needing their services. Thankyou!

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.- 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Me and my partner had a great experience with Sam with Leaders in Norwich. Sam was excellent and kept us well informed throughout the process, he was happy to help with any questions or anything we where not sure of as this was are first time renting. A huge thank u to Sam for all his help.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Louise Mooyer has been brilliant in handling my urgent request re a repair. I reported the issue at my rented property on Sunday and on Monday, Louise arranged for the contractor to come out and complete the repair as urgent. She kept me posted throughout. Louise has shown kindness, thoughtfulness and more importantly paid attention to my request as without the repair it would be a safety issue. Thank you Louise and all the best.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Ben Reddan and the Letting team was excellent<br>Our experience with the sales team, not so.<br><br>Gabriella from Lettings was exemplary in her meticulousness regarding the letting of our property from start to finish.<br>Her communication was excellent and her dedication to her job is to be admired. There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days.<br>Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.
