29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I had a truly wonderful experience with William H Brown and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a new home.<br>They helped me find a house very quickly and were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their assistance with all the paperwork, emails, keys, and other important details. As I am not very familiar with using websites and online systems, I sometimes found the process a little difficult to manage on my own. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and guided me through everything step by step. She was always patient, kind, professional, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do.<br>Sara was also very helpful and supportive with my case, although Paige was the person who guided me throughout most of the process. Both ladies were extremely professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I needed assistance.<br>I am very grateful for all their help and support. The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism and kindness.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend William H Brown. Everything about my experience was a big positive, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much, especially to Paige and Sara, for all your help!

The lettings team have been very helpful throughout the whole process and have made everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. They guide you through each step, keep things clear and are always happy to answer any questions.<br><br>A special mention to Makena, Matt and Ollie, who have all been really helpful and made the process so much easier. Moving can be stressful, but having a team that is supportive, approachable and willing to help makes a real difference.<br><br>I would definitely recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to rent a property. 19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very disappointing and expensive experience dealing with Leaders Cambridge. Poor communication, repeated delays, and a total lack of accountability caused significant stress and unexpected costs.<br><br>Firstly, no one showed up to my initial viewing, and during the application process I felt pressured to take out insurance covering the landlord’s possessions before even seeing a tenancy agreement, let alone signing one. I also felt they were attempting to pressure me into using their 'no-deposit scheme', as it was strongly implied that my application would be viewed less favourably than others if I opted to pay a traditional deposit.<br><br>Most seriously, my move-in date changed multiple times at short notice (once was at 4:30pm on the day I was due to move in). This was because Leaders had failed to do the appropriate safety checks prior to listing the property, which resulted in an discrepancy with the EICR certificate holding everything up. Despite assurances that this would be fixed promptly, further delays and absolutely no updates followed after an entire week. During this time, I incurred unexpected hotel, moving, and transport costs because these delays left me with no where to live.<br><br>Still with no tenancy agreement to be seen 3 weeks after paying my deposit, I was eventually left with no choice but to withdraw my application and requested the return of my £173.07 holding deposit as the statutory time frame had long since passed. At the time of writing, my decision still has not even been acknowledged after yet another week and instead I have received further pushy emails proposing new move-in dates (unsurprisingly delayed even further by the landlord deciding to paint the property).<br><br>The handling of this situation fell well below expectations and, as such, I would not recommend the use of Leaders Cambridge.- 23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Tom helped us with a tricky purchase where very strict deadlines were imposed by the seller and there was a constant risk of the deal falling through. Sam Callaghan was excellent, both when looking at the property and going through the process, very easy to communicate with and constantly helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend both Leaders and Sam.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)We have used Bycrofts to both sell our home and find a new one. They have been brilliant. Excellent service, great communication. Especially Lewis and Tia. Tia keeps you in the loop so you know exactly what's going on and let's you know if any suitable properties come up that would fit your search. Highly recommended all round.
21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rented a first floor flat through this agency for about 12 years, my limited contact with the owner of the property was always amicable and friendly. However, when trying to report a fault or get any repairs done through this agency it was totally unsatisfactory right up to near the end of my stay (due to age and disability I was no longer able to manage the stairs). However, just prior to my terminating my tenancy a new (to me) 'Lettings Property Co-ordinator' (Charley Stirk) replied to me and sorted all my problems out. Thank you Charley.

When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We have dealt with Dan overly since the begining of our purchase of our forever home ,his kind knowledgable manner made you feel confident that any questions or problems that arose which for us on moving day did with one urgent call put to dan was resolved in a quick stressfree moment having a great profesional relationship with his clients and good contact with his buyers meant he could problem solve the situation and we enjoyed moving into our new home ,we definatly will recommend minors and brady to friends and family .

Libby answered all my queries, and her responses were clear, concise, and made in a timely manner. Overall, a stress free experience. Highly recommended.

17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)They valued my house a lot less than others and I asked them to put it up for my price I had in mind .. glad I did as got near the asking price and sold in two weeks . Photos were really good but felt they missed important information off but maybe that’s my fault for not looking at advert properly before they advertised .. I do think the charges are so high for selling

That all changed when we met Andrew at Molyneux Estates in Brandon, and we instantly knew we wanted to buy through them.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were completely at a loss as to where to start. Andrew was fantastic—always easy to contact, extremely helpful, and remarkably reassuring whenever genuine worries or concerns arose. He went above and beyond at every step, and even after completing on our forever home, he has continued to assist us. We are genuinely grateful for all his guidance and support and cannot recommend Andrew and Molyneux Estates highly enough!
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)They came across as very keen to sell the property. They were very quick to get our property on the market and a lot of properties in the area which may help. After we dropped the price they managed to get several viewings, but we had to chase for feedback and didn’t get very much information. A sale was agreed within several weeks which was great. When we received the initial lower offer, we felt somewhat pressured to accept it, but we insisted on pushing back and received a higher offer.
