From start to finish, Abbey was brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as sorting out our life insurance and buildings and contents insurance.<br><br>She was incredibly open during all of our discussions, clearly laying out every single option available so we could make the best choices for our situation. Her approach is the perfect balance of friendly and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly easy.<br><br>No matter what questions we threw at her, Abbey had an answer ready. - 8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility for their own scheduling issues, they tried to pass the cost onto the tenant.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this unscrupulous agency and look elsewhere. Trust and fairness are essential when dealing with an estate agent, and unfortunately, I found neither here.

From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He kept me informed at every stage, answered all of my questions promptly, and always made himself available whenever I needed assistance. What really stood out was how far Faizan went above and beyond his role to ensure everything was taken care of. His attention to detail, proactive communication, and willingness to help with even the smallest concerns made a huge difference. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to providing outstanding service, and I would highly recommend Faizan to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent. She explained each step clearly, answered all of our questions, and helped clear up some uncertainty we had. Her polite manner and prompt support made the whole experience much easier. From the moment Dan came to value the house we had a good feeling about the agency. Modern, slightly different, and most importantly – a level of openness and attention to detail that you don’t always find in today’s world. The photos were excellent and the property was quickly on the market. From there Becky picked up the reins. She has been outstanding – keeping us updated throughout the process, offering useful suggestions and ultimately finding a buyer for a much-loved family home. A true professional and a credit to Minors & Brady. Thank you to everyone in the Caister office – we look forward to this sale reaching a successful conclusion. They were really attentive throughout our entire journey, promptly returning phone calls and emails. Their commitment to keeping us informed every step of the way gave us total peace of mind. They navigated the tricky parts of the transaction with absolute ease and kept all parties moving forward. Five-star service all around!

Adam, James, Louis, and particularly Jade - who coordinated the last mile of the sale, keeping everyone updated with frequent clear communication during the most stressful part of the process - were all great. We would recommend them without hesitation.

They have been extremely professional throughout the process. I thought the use of a professional photographer enabled them to present the property in the best way possible and the sale particulars were comprehensive and appealing. They list on multiple online sites and vet potential buyers so as to ensure views are from only people who are genuinely motivated and in a position to purchase.

All of whom have always been helpful, and courteous .<br>I have got to mention Lauren Godbold though above all of her colleagues . I have had reason to contact the office several times a week , and sometimes several times a day. I'm currently in the middle of a complex section 21 process , and Lauren has liaised with me , my solicitors, the council , the tenant and even the<br>tenant's solicitors at one point! Lauren even helped me through a tricky process of emails, photographs and days and dates while my wife and I were in Portugal ,<br>There were "time critical" tasks that Lauren carried out (which I'd only found out about while on holiday) for me so professionally, and calmly, I dont know what I would have done without her continued help in this whole process , she has been professionalism personified .
