Mark has an excellent knowledge of the local housing market, and his advice on how we should present our property was invaluable. Thanks to his efforts in marketing the property at the correct price, and his subsequent 'progress chasing' of the parties involved, we achieved a quick sale at a satisfactory price.
11th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I attempted to purchase a property through this agency and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Throughout the process, inaccurate and misleading information was provided, which appeared to be aimed at progressing the sale. Communication was also very poor, with little to no proactive updates unless we repeatedly chased for information.<br><br>As a result of this misinformation, we have been left out of pocket and extremely disappointed with the service we received. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.
19th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)The team were very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My sale was relatively straightforward but had their been issues I'm sure they woukd have been sorted efficiently.

His many years in the industry and the network he has built up gives him a prominent place in the area to find what you need. Nothing is a problem and everything can be solved attitude. My go to agent for anything I need in the area.

21st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Duplicated invoices, shoddy management, accessing premises without due consent, damage to premises (through use of contractors), unable to construct basic emails, agreeing terms and then reneging on them and false accusations made to our landlord. I'm not sure if they still act as property managers or if they have given it up, but if they do and you're a prospective tenant, be very careful.
