5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I had a positive experience working with Deepak Naradas recently. I had a bit of nervousness in the beginning as I did not know the letting agency Deepak represented. He was very responsive from the beginning. As soon as I reached out, Deepak arranged a viewing very quickly and made the whole communication easy from the start. After the the viewing communication continued to be smooth, clear and always prompt. Thanks to Deepak’s efforts we reached an agreement I am pleased with. Ask for Deepak if you are looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.

4th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have rented with several agencies in London but Oliver Brooks (now operating as Kenneth Lloyd’s) was by far the worst experience. Once the agreement was signed the agency stopped caring about the condition of the property. Imran the owner was so rude, had an attitude problem and spoke to tenants with complete disrespect. Despite repeated emails, serious maintenance issues were ignored- the kitchen exhaust never worked and I was told it was “not life-threatening” and to open a window lol. There was no cleaner, common areas were poorly maintained, the WiFi never worked properly, the fridge was broken, and bathroom windows would not close. Living there for a year was extremely stressful and moving is not easy or cheap for tenants who work hard for their money unlike Imran . I strongly recommend anyone considering this agency to read the reviews carefully before renting.

Definitely recommend using as they definitely stand out amongst the other agents in the market

26th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I agreed to a purchase for a property in Edmonton (28 Folkestone Road, N18) in November 2025. A sale memorandum was issued, a survey was arranged, my mortgage was approved, and my solicitor completed all documentation and searches. Unfortunately, the transaction has not progressed for several months due to a lack of response from the vendor and the vendor’s solicitor. Despite making multiple phone calls and visiting the Edmonton office in person, there has been very limited follow-up and no meaningful progress. The branch manager, Mark, appears to be managing the office alone and is handling a very high volume of calls, which may be contributing to delays. This seems to be a broader resourcing issue rather than an individual one. As a result, I have incurred costs for surveys, legal searches, and other fees, while my solicitor and mortgage adviser have been unable to obtain updates. The lack of communication has been stressful and has left the transaction unresolved for an extended period. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. I hope the company reviews staffing and communication processes at this branch so that clients in similar situations receive clearer updates and more consistent support.

23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;

10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.
29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)My partner and I couldn’t recommend Paul, Samira and Sine at Samuel Estates more highly. We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. 18th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Eight and a half years ago I turned to Mcdowalls to rent a house, after so many years I received notice that the landlord wants to sell the house. All this time they have been very efficient regarding the defects, supportive and understanding. Now we are signing for the second one to move into another house with them. And when I say,,ALL WITH" I mean: Lisa Brown the same person eight and a half years ago, the same person now with whom I am signing Her colleagues who make an extraordinary team, and of course I would like to thank the landlord too.

They truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and secure in finding the right tenant—someone who would genuinely love and take care of my home. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely communicative and efficient. Delivering great service and depth of knowledge. I first met Ashleigh at an initial viewing, and from our phone conversation it was clear that she quickly understood my requirements. She proactively arranged a viewing for another property the very next day, which turned out to be a much better fit. Because everything was prepared in advance, when the first apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I was able to move forward immediately without any delays. Ashleigh is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and used her expertise to suggest properties that genuinely suited my needs. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I secured an apartment I’m very happy with within just two days. She also went above and beyond to help coordinate the rent and the start date, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
