He took the time to understand what we were looking for, kept us informed at every stage, and was always available to answer our questions. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail made a real difference, and he helped us secure a place that we’re really happy with.<br><br>Moving to a new city is a big step, but Manuel made the entire renting process as smooth and easy as possible. 10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I have been with foxtons being tenant for almost 3 years now! First 2 years was with a very good landlord and agency was supportive as well. Had to change the house and now the new landlord isn’t good at all. Agency doesn’t help. When it rains, water comes in to the property from the roof. The property is managed my landlord, I understand. But I handed over the notice to move out in 2 months. Foxtons were super unhelpful with that. Very bad review on Sadia Kashem as she lied a lot regarding this property. Never thought that Foxtons Canary Wharf will be advertising this type of property.

She liaised with our solicitors to push things through, answered all our questions without hesitation, really made the whole process so smooth for us as buyers, cannot thank her enough, I do genuinely believe if it wasn’t for her going the extra mile we probably wouldn’t have been able to purchase our property.

Professionalism was a 10/10.<br><br>If you’re looking for a reliable team to help you on your housing journey then I would definitely recommend this agency!
