The external contractor-led vetting process was a bit lengthy (perhaps understandably so), but overall I have found this to be a professional, reliable company.

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

From viewing the apartment to moving out, the team has been incredibly kind, professional, and supportive.<br><br>Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded promptly and were always happy to help. Their communication by email is excellent, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing there was a team that genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and at home, even as a tenant.<br><br>Having lived in London for over a decade, I can honestly say this level of service is rare. 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Charles Ball and Greg Nickson were both absolutely fantastic. We had a buyer drop out at a late stage and they had it re-listed and under offer again almost immediately. I found them very responsive and open to all manner of queries. The volume of viewings we had was also very good and we received regular feedback from those viewings. Would highly recommend them both. I think the higher fee is warranted for the service they provide.

He was patient with our questions, straight with his advice, and clearly knew the local market inside out.<br><br>When the flat needed renovating, he pointed us towards good contractors and worked around our timeline rather than rushing us. When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. This was a challenging period for my family, and James and his team handled it with real professionalism and care.<br><br>Thank you James. We would recommend Wild & Co. without hesitation.

From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a personal and caring approach.<br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaurav to anyone buying or selling a property. 27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. Not with this team! Thank you.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Aimee and the team at Stirling Ackroyd achieved the full target price in a very challenging market, but what really impressed me was the rest of their exceptional service.<br>They handled complexities arising from divorce and cancer with compassion and sensitivity, making a difficult time as easy as possible.<br>In addition to making the sale, Aimee's professional advice on buying elsewhere was invaluable and saved me more than their very reasonable commission.<br>Their genuine desire to achieve a good outcome for everybody involved shone throughout the process and makes them unique in my experience. He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His open, transparent and proactive approach made everything straightforward and seamless, which made a real difference. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.
