Pervin, working with James, navigated the sale mechanics, lethargic solicitors and thorny management companies brilliantly. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and represent a rare breed of estate agents who have much more than just aggressive marketing in their toolbox. All the staff I dealt with on the phone, via email and in person (Elliott, Bobby, Adam, Bradley, Billy) were polite, professional and helpful. They gave sound advice and kept me up to date with progress. I'm pleased this independent business is successful as it deserves to do well.

I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable.
