I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.
5th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Engaged with the agency recently and specifically with Ben Shepard at the place. In my 20 odd years of renting, i cannot recollect a better service/experience than what Ben provided! If i could, I'll give a 7-star review :-) Highly recommend!
29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jay and Mehmet In the Actor lettings department were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above the call of duty due to my having fractured my ankle. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends locally.

The process was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism from start to finish. All steps—from the initial inquiry to the final paperwork—were managed promptly and with clear communication throughout. Kamran and Mary I worked with was not only professional but also approachable and attentive. They were receptive to my questions, responded in a timely manner, and ensured I had all the necessary information at each stage of the process. I felt supported and well-informed the entire time. What I appreciated most was the balance between efficiency and personalized service. Everything was done quickly, but without ever feeling rushed. It was clear that the team values both their clients’ time and their comfort. I would confidently recommend Cameron Agency to anyone looking to rent in the area and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Every member of staff (to name a few Kevin, Hakan, Jessica, Filiz, Eda) have been outstanding, especially the CEO, Kevin, whose customer service and problem-solving went way beyond what I’ve experienced with other agents. IC Properties are simply miles ahead of other agents.<br>Recently, I’ve been working with Filiz and Eda on a property sale, and both have been brilliant. Filiz is always positive, proactive, and strategic, while Eda is equally dedicated, friendly, and never gives up on finding the right property. 5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

As a first time buyer I found the process pretty daunting, but the team were always easy to contact, supportive and professional. It was a pleasure interacting with Aimee, Victoria, Marty and Sophie and I could not recommend them highly enough. My experience was greatly improved by working with a team who were switched on and capable, but also kind and friendly. Definitely a much better experience than I have had with other estate agents! Thank you for all of your help

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house. The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.

They look after the management of our estate and have made many improvements, all of which have had a really positive impact. Joanna and her team are professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with, always keeping us informed and addressing any issues promptly. It’s reassuring to know our estate is being managed so well, and I would highly recommend Joanna and the team at Novus Residential.

After having a few bad experiences with other estate agents and the offer process, Ismail was a breath of fresh air. He made everything feel calm, reassuring, and far less stressful than we expected. Although there were some delays to completion, Ismail never once failed to communicate clearly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. His service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. 5th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Overall I am disappointed with the service. My impression is that they gave a great valuation and conveyed a confidence in their ability to meet this. Once we signed up with them they then started to talk down the market, the area, the property, the economy etc. to pressure us into a sale at a disappointing price.
